What is the Packrat Pivot?

All collectors eventually reach a point where they have to stop adding to their collections and convert to downsizing. I call this the Packrat Pivot.

At age 76 my wife and I have to get serious about this. It represents a tremendous change in mental outlook.

I registered the domain PackratPivot.com as a place to document the process and offer guidance to other in the same situation. At the moment Packrat Pivot is a one page site with a big picture overview of what the process looks like.

I will convert this to a complete WordPress blog soon.
